Basic Bread Stuffing

1/4 C Onion, finely chopped

1/2 C Celery, finely chopped

4 C Bread Cubes
-
1/4 Tsp. Olivia’s Alderwood Smoked Salt
-
2 eggs, beaten
-
1/4 -1/2 Tsp. Olivia’s Poultry Rub
-
1 C turkey or chicken broth approx.
-
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
Sauté onion and celery in the Olivia’s Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil until softened.
Combine onion mixture with bread, pepper, eggs, Olivia’s Alderwood Smoked Salt, and Olivia’s Poultry Rub in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in broth until well moistened.
Recipe will fill an 8 -10 pound turkey.
Alternatively, bake in a greased covered shallow casserole at 325F for about 35 to 45 minutes. Take the cover off for the last 5 minutes to brown.
