Papaya Mango Salsa

1/2 firm ripe Papaya; peeled and diced

1 medium firm, ripe Mango; peeled, pitted and diced

1/2 medium red onion, chopped finely

3 Tbsp. Olivia’s Persian Lime Oil

1 Tbsp. Lime Juice

1 Tbsp. fresh Cilantro
Directions
Toss papaya, mango, red onion, Olivia’s Persian Lime Oil and lime juice.
Add Olivia’s Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic, cilantro, and then salt and pepper to taste.
Chill covered for at least 2 hours. Serve with fish, poultry, or pork.
