Parmesan Garlic Pasta with Butter Olive Oil

Ingredients

6 Garlic Cloves, minced

2 1/4 Tbsp. Olivia's Butter Infused Olive Oil

3 C Chicken Stock
-
1/2 Pkg. Papardelles Angel Hair Pasta
-
1 C Parmesan Cheese, grated

3/4 C Half & Half or whole milk
-
1/2 Tsp. Salt
-
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
-
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped finely
Directions
In a large saucepan, heat both olive oils over medium heat. Add garlic and stir for about a minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Add chicken stock, turn heat to high and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook for a further 6 to 8 minutes, or until al dente
Take the saucepan off the heat and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until completely melted
Add the half and half (or milk) and the parsley, combine well, add more cream if needed, and serve immediately
