Ingredients
-
4-6 Figs, fresh, sliced
-
4 oz. Goat Cheese
-
1/2 Baguette or Sourdough Bread
-
Olivia’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil we used Hojiblanca
-
Honey for drizzle
-
1-2 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Slice the baguette into about 1/2 inch thick slices. Generously drizzle olive oil over each piece and a sprinkle of fine sea salt. Rigorously rub in the Olivia’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Olivia’s Himalayan Pink Salt with a sprig of rosemary allowing pieces to come off into the bread. Spread each piece generously with goat cheese.
Bake for about 5 minutes on the top rack of the oven, or until the bread has become golden and the cheese soft. Remove from the heat and drizzle on Olivia’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Top with slices of fig and drizzle on honey. Serve immediately.
